Irrespective of the issue, my coaching style when working with individuals is founded on four main elements:

  • heightened self-awareness;
  • self-empowerment;
  • possibility thinking;
  • the innate intelligence of the body.

I believe that individuals have all the answers that they are looking for. It is in my ability to ask the right questions that I act as a catalyst to the changes that the individual chooses.

When I coach you, I use all the skills that I have picked up in the expansive training that I have received in coaching and WEL-Systems NLP. Most of all, however, what I offer you is my complete and undivided attention and presence. My personal growth journey has given me personal clarity that enables me to always keep the space safe for, and focused on you.

My intention when I work with you as your coach is to give you a sense of personal power to create what it is that you are looking for. There are a couple of principles that I embrace: that you create your reality; that all the answers are within you. Together, we get curious about the things that you have created so far. What is there for you to take from them to serve you in your evolution so that you can start living a life that is more authentically you.

As a Certified CODE (Creation Out of Deep Energy) model coach, I use the intelligence of the body to support me in asking the questions that will make a difference in your life and I am there to keep the space safe while you process the information associated with the energy that those questions have elicited.

Coaching is defined as a relationship that enables the person or team being coached to achieve the results that they are looking for by becoming more aware of what it is that they want, what it is that is standing in their way of getting it and what to do about it. It is an enriching and empowering experience because the answers come from within and result in great clarity about what is truly important to those being coached. There are important distinctions to be made between how coaches achieve these results.

With Transformations+, coaching individuals and teams is first and foremost about creating the space and trust required to access the courage to ask the bigger questions, those that will make a real difference and lead to sustained change and transformation.
